Yes Unassociated works: There may be more than one key element of work included in your drawings. Such as a loft conversion and ground floor extension, these are obviously unassociated. To save you money on fees we can merge the whole project into one estimate at a lower rate than producing separate estimates.

No Associated works: Your estimate will only include works to your selection and any works in directly adjacent rooms, such as knocking through and making good. It will not include works situated elsewhere in the building.
